Sinoma Energy Conservation Ltd. (hereinafter called “SEC” or “the Company”)  is the holding subsidiary of China National Materials Group Corporation Ltd. (CNBM). As the listed company on the A-share main board of Shanghai Stock Exchange (stock abbreviation: Sinoma-EC, stock code: 603126), SEC specializes in energy saving and environmental protection field.Focusing on the th🔯eme of “Energy Saving”, guided by the national e🐼nergy conservation and environmental protection policies and taking the high quality development as the principle, the Company relies on the SEC Central Research Institute, SEC Industrial Designing Institute and Wuhan Building Materials Industry Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd. to give priority to developing the new engineering industry which mainly includes industrial energy-saving engineering, clean energy engineering and environmental protection engineering, the new materials industry which primarily aims at the R&D of calcium silicate board, as well as the new equipment industry which largely adopt building energy-saving equipment and new material equipment.There are 23 subordinate enterprises in SEC whose business is widely distributed raging from various provinces and cities in China to more than 20 countries and regions abroad. Besides, the market share of its business ranks in the forefront among many fields covering the industrial waste heatrecovery (WHR) engineering, the research and manufacturing of waste and biomass boilers as well as thermal equipment, and the calcium silicate board industry.Owing to its relatively strong innovation and R & D competence, SEC owns the national-recognized enterprise technology centers and national engineering laboratories. In addition, the Company has been awarded “the Second Prize of State Scientific and Technological Progress” and obtains nearly 200 patens, including dozens of invention patens. And there are more than 20 cutting-edge development topics undertaken by SEC and dozens of national standards compiled by SEC.
